- With the high price of homes these days it is
important to choose the right place, features, floor plan, and style so
that you are comfortable in that home for longer than a few weeks or
months. A home is usually the most expensive obligation that anyone
makes during a lifetime & it takes the largest percent of your
monthly income. Make certain you choose one you love & can live
with for quite a while.
- We love houses, homes, condos
& neighborhoods. We love looking at all of them. We’ve
rented, built, bought and lived in over a dozen different places.
But not every house is great for
everyone. Personally, we’ve made several home choices that
have just not been quite right - although they were all beautiful
homes. Within several weeks or months we are out looking for the
next great place! But, you really do not want to move every
year! (I do admit to having a little gypsy genetic makeup.)
And, besides, moving often is expensive in time and money.
